Cancellation Policy
My flight arrives early in the morning, what time can I check in?
Our check-in from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival and check-out is at 12:00 (noon) on the day of departure. We allow early check-in to enable our customers to have maximum relaxation and comfort. Do communicate with ever-assisting staff if there need arises to reschedule or cancel a booking. Thank you.
Is breakfast included as standard with all rooms?
YES. In our bid to give you our best, all room rates come with Bed & Breakfast. Thank you.
Do you provide a child day care service?
Currently No. But we have a spacious sports facility that can serve as a play area for kids who do not need adult supervision
